We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Volunteer Services Manager to join our Youth and Community Programs team. The Volunteer Services Manager plays a crucial role in developing a volunteer management framework, while enhancing the capability of PCYC business units and clubs to effectively oversee their volunteers. This position has the flexibility to be based at one of our PCYC clubs around Brisbane (subject to availability). Your New Role
The Volunteer Services Manager is responsible for developing and implementing a framework that allows clubs and business units to build capability in managing their volunteers of all levels. This role plays a key role in fostering a positive volunteer experience while supporting business units and clubs to engage with volunteers in a way that aligning with the organisation's strategic goals. About You
- A relevant tertiary qualification is highly desirable, or significant experience in the industry in lieu of a qualification.
- At least 3 years’ experience leading, developing and implementing a volunteer management framework.
- Demonstrated ability in developing a volunteer recruitment management framework.
- Demonstrated ability to develop training platform for volunteers.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to travel across the state as required
- Hold a current unrestricted driver’s license.
