JOB OBJECTIVE :
The Head of Growth at Chronos Agency will lead global revenue generation efforts with a specific focus on the Australian market. This role will oversee both the Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring collaboration and synergy while actively engaging in events and partnerships in Australia to drive pipeline and revenue for the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute growth strategies on a global scale with a primary focus on the Australian market.
- Lead and inspire a cross-functional team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Provide visionary leadership to the Sales and Marketing teams.
- Revenue Generation (Global with Focus on Australia):
- Drive global revenue growth, with a specific focus on achieving targets in the Australian market.
- Oversee business development efforts in Australia, ensuring a strong market presence and revenue pipeline.
- Team Management:
- Oversee and guide the Sales Manager and Marketing Director globally, with a keen focus on Australia.
- Foster a high-performance culture, providing coaching and mentorship.
- Collaborate with HR to recruit, train, and develop global and local talent.
- Collaboration and Partnerships:
- Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between Sales and Marketing teams globally.
- Actively engage in events and partnerships in Australia to drive pipeline and revenue.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified approach to growth.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Utilize data analytics to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities globally and in Australia.
- Implement and optimize analytics tools to measure and report on key performance indicators.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS :
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a high-growth environment.
- Extensive background in ecommerce marketing and sales, with a track record of global and Australian market success.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets on a global scale.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
