We are seeking a Receptionist with an excellent attitude and willingness to obtain a Certificate of Registration in Real Estate to work at our office located in The Mariners Centre Of Excellence, Tuggerah.
Knight Frank Central Coast, CentralCoast's leading Commercial Real Estate agency, is seeking the services of a Receptionist/Marketing/Sales & Leasing Support person to assist our busy team as well as being the face and voice of our office.
To be successful in this role you must have outstanding presentation, sound computer skills and a 'can do' attitude.
Willing to learn and able to multi-task, the successful applicant will be able to present quality information to our clients and Sale & Leasing team.
Your duties will include but not limited to:
- Answering and directing phone calls & emails
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Creating Marketing Submissions and Information Memorandums using Adobe InDesign
- Social Media posts
- General administration duties and provide support to the Sales & Leasing team
- Maintain stationery stock levels
To be considered for this role you will possess:
- Willingness to obtain a Certificate of Registration
- Well groomed & professional presentation
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Confident, friendly & happy manner
- Strong computer skills
- Experienced with Creative Cloud/ Indesign/Photoshop
