Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough consultations, examinations, and assessments to accurately diagnose and develop treatment plans for patients.
2. Prescribe medications, therapies, and other appropriate interventions as necessary, while adhering to established medical guidelines and protocols.
3. Manage chronic conditions and coordinate ongoing care, including referrals to specialists and ancillary services when needed.
4. Educate patients about their health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures to promote informed decision-making and proactive self-care.
5. Perform minor surgical procedures, vaccinations, and other medical interventions as required within the scope of general practice.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient histories, treatment plans, and progress notes, using electronic health record systems.
7. Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, specialists, and allied health professionals, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
8. Participate in continuous professional development activities to stay abreast of the latest medical advancements, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
9. Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in all aspects of patient care and professional conduct.
10. Contribute to practice growth and community engagement initiatives, including participation in outreach programs, health education seminars, and quality improvement initiatives.
