Our end to end facilities management and project management services ensure that your infrastructure is put in place smoothly and efficiently. We are seeking Trade Qualified Refrigeration Technicians/HVAC’s to join our WA Talent Pool conducting Maintenance activities across Remote Village Accommodations WA-Wide. These positions will be FIFO from Perth Airport, 12 Hour Days, 11 hours Paid. Applicants looking to start in March 2024 are encouraged to apply. THE POSITION Conduct maintenance tasks including inspection, classification, repairs and planned works Fault finding, reactive maintenance and assisting other trades Actively manage and meet response times, rectification times and deadlines Prioritise and attend to urgent requests Provide mobile device workorders, updates and time estimates, including risk assessments. Ensure all the activities are performed in accordance with moral, ethical, legal standards and maintain best FM practice.
