Eureka 89 is the stunning events and dining space on the top floor of Eureka Tower in Melbourne. We host a wide variety of events - corporate lunches, dinners or cocktail parties, media launches, private milestone celebrations and weddings. We also operate a degustation dining room, open to the public throughout the week.

About the Role
Based in the heart of Melbourne, the restaurant is open seven days a week. With genuine passion for our product, you'll know your stuff and be able to talk our chic and sophisticated guests through our award-winning menu and wine lists, offering suggestions to make sure their experience is memorable. With every need taken care of, you'll ensure every guest enjoys a personal and exceptional experience with Eureka 89.
You’ll be joining an energetic team of professionals, who will become your friends. You’ll receive hands-on training in our menu and wine pairing options so you’re ready to take our guests experience at Eureka to new heights.
What We're Looking For
You just need to hold a valid RSA, be eligible to work within Australia and have the flexibility and reliability to work casually across up to seven days a week.
Ideally you'll have experience in a fine dining or restaurant environment, however what really matters is your ability to present in a polished manner, communicate professionally and know how to deliver personal and memorable experiences to guests.
