Help shape the future of children in our care:

You will be based at our Kedron office and will work closely with C&K business partners and the Qualification Pathways Program team to coordinate, implement, and evaluate a range of qualification-funded programs and initiatives.

You’ll help us shape the future of children in our care by:

  • Provide customer support to all educators participating in the QPP program
  • Establishes strong governance over-funded qualification programs to meet the requirements of Service Agreements.  
  • Designs, implements and continuously improves processes to deliver funded qualification programs.
  • Works in collaboration with the C&K Advocacy and Communication team to communicate and promote the QPP across a range of platforms and mediums with internal and external Stakeholders
  • Supports Kindy Advisors and Early Childhood Teams to provide effective strategies and support to scholars, that enables them to meet their study requirements and complete their qualification.
  • Completes regular system audits to ensure tasks are being completed as required and the system is processing as expected.

What you’ll bring

To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Essential – Business or administration qualification/ and or certifications.
  • Desirable – Education or adult learning qualification or certification (e.g., Certificate IV in Training & Assessment)
  • Desirable-  Administration experience in an education setting
  • Highly proficient computer skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, project management and workflow software
  • Valid Blue Card and current Police Check (within three months or willing to obtain these - we will cover the cost of both).
