We are a growing small carpentry business specialising in high-quality craftsmanship and construction services looking for an experienced Wall and Floor Tiler to join our team.

As Wall and Floor Tiler, you will be responsible for installing ceramic, porcelain, marble, granite and other types of tiles on walls, floors and other surfaces according to blueprints, specifications, and building codes. You will work closely with our carpentry team to ensure seamless integration of tiling projects into overall construction projects.

The role requires a mature and enthusiastic work attitude and should have a commitment for long-term employment.

As Wall and Floor Tiler in a construction service company, you will be responsible for installing ceramic, porcelain, marble, granite and other types of tiles on walls, floors and other surfaces according to blueprints, specifications, and building codes. You will work closely with our carpentry team to ensure seamless integration of tiling projects into overall construction projects.

Your main tasks will involve:

• Tile Installation
• Surface preparation
• Grouting and finishing
• Quality Control
• Material management
• Safety compliance

Qualification & Experience

Essential Criteria:

• Relevant Cert III or IV  OR at least 3 years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in tiling
• Advanced skills in handling of tile cutting tools
• Able to work unsupervised
• Ability to work under pressure

Preferred but not essential:

• Owns a vehicle
• Owns tools and equipment
• Current driver licence

Salary: $70000-75000
