DepartmentAlfred Caulfield Haemodialysis is a 12 chair satellite unit which provides chronic dialysis treatments for outpatients and Caulfield Hospital inpatients. The unit operates two shifts per day and is open Monday to Saturday (closed Sunday and no night shifts). We aim to provide quality patient care in a relaxed, friendly and professional environment.
Position SummaryThe part-time position is Monday to Friday 0730-1500 (7-hour shifts = 35 hours per week), and Sat 0730 -1130 (4 hours), potential for job share positions. The shift time ensures a good work-life balance. The
Ward Clerk has a very important and diverse role in the efficient functioning of the unit. Good communication skills and clerical/ computer skills are essential. The management is supportive and there are opportunities to learn new skills.
