About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Ward Clerk to join the Accident & Emergency Department on the Hobart Lenah Valley campus.
Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, the Ward Clerk is responsible for admin and clerical duties including patient registrations and updates, answering phone queries, completing patient admissions, and billing and banking with some cash handling.
This is currently a Fixed Term position. This is a shift working position, and as such, the successful applicant must have the ability to work all shifts, including nights.
