The Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Warehouse 2IC to join our thriving team in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager the day to day functions of the role will vary and will include, though not limited to picking, packing stock, stock allocations, data entry and inventory management . You will also assist the Warehouse Manager with the overall operations of the warehouse. This will include the end-to-end process of receiving and distributing incoming and outgoing stock efficiently across multiple outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Inwards Stock verification and Processing
- Receiving and putting away stock (high volume product and boxes up to 25kg)
- Process Internal Transfer Orders (ITO) between company outlets.
- Print online orders and pick stock for delivery
- Pack orders for Online and Wholesale customers
- Ensure consistent attention to detail and follow up to minimize frequency of errors
- Effectively assist in coordinating the warehouse team where required
- Assisting in the coordination of monthly stock take
- Preparation of swing tickets, labelling for attachment to garments
- Store stock refills and coordinating transportation of stock between all three outlets effectively and efficiently.
- Monitor and ensure all dispatch components are correct including garment bags, tagging pins, hangers, courier dockets, etc
- Assist in Managing and liaising with Australia Post in regard to deliveries and goods.
- Ensure warehouse surrounds are clean, tidy and professionally presented at all times

The successful candidate will have 2+ years proven experience in a similar role.
- Retail Stores/Warehousing operations and stock management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook and Excel
- Experience with Warehouse Management Software programs
- Strong operational, team coordinating , problem solving and customer focused skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work as part of a team
- High level of attention to detail
- Positive “can do attitude” reliable, good work ethic and the ultimate multi tasker
- Hold a current open driver’s license
