The Warehouse Administration Clerk's responsibility will entail accurately and compliantly coordinating the warehouse schedule to facilitate the smooth movement of cargo in and out of the warehouse. Additionally, they will provide exceptional customer and administration services tailored to meet clients' needs and ensure compliance with Customs and Quarantine regulations.
Required Knowledge & Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated proficiency in time management and organizational skills.
Experience:
- Proven experience of 1-3 years in a logistics and warehouse capacity.
Qualifications/Certifications:
- Desirable: Certificate in Warehousing.
- Certification in Approved Arrangements for Accredited Persons (Classes 1 to 8).
- Accreditation as a Fit and Proper Person.
- National police clearance.
