Responsibilities
- Acting as Operations and Warehouse managers in their absence, answering questions from internal and external stakeholders
- External site inductions, swms etc paperwork
- Internal inductions and VOC
- Updating skills matrix
- Health and safety reporting and record keeping
- Creating run sheets and manifests
- Perform ad-hoc tasks in the warehouse on behalf of Operations and Warehouse managers
- Tracking of sub-contracted labour and reporting to Operations Manager
- Reconcile fuel and business expenses
Requirements
- 2 years experience in a similar environment
- Calm under pressure
- Able to make informed decisions
- High attention to detail
- Attendance and punctuality are essential
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Weekend availability
Roster will be 9-5 Monday to Friday, during our busy season this will change to Tuesday to Saturday.
