WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT

·        6am to 3:30pm Mon-Fri

·        6am to 1:30pm Some Saturdays

·        Uniform supplied

·        Salary Based on experience

 We are a leading wholesaler of Tiles  and require a full-time WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT tojoin our fast-paced team.

This position is essential to the success of the business as you will beresponsible for ensuring all orders are processed and packed in a safe andtimely matter. You will be required to work Monday to Friday 6am to 3:30pm, some Saturdays will be required 6am to1:30pm

You will need to be fit,reasonably agile and strong, enjoy a challenge and be able to work to a timeframe. Forklift license is necessary.

Duties:

·        Meetdaily tasks

·        Picking& packing orders

·        Manualhandling - lifting, moving, and carrying up to 25kg

·        Maintainingstock levels

·        Operationof forklift

·        Smallmanufacturing tasks

·        Palletloading & wrapping

·        Maintaininga clean & safe work environment

To besuccessful for this role you will require:

·        Previousexperience working in an operational warehouse

·        Abilityto work autonomously, be proactive and demonstrate initiative

·        Abilityto perform physical work (standing, lifting, bending) of a repetitive nature

·        Hardworking

·        Havegood verbal and communication skills

·        Musthave current driver’s license

·        Forklift licence

·        Availableto work Monday to Friday

·        Beavailable if a Saturday shift is required.
