About the Role:
Reporting to Production Management, your responsibilities will be structured around warehousing, packing & strapping and ensuring appropriate QA checks are carried out.
You will be required to assist both the assembly & dispatch teams, where required, to maintain a steady flow of materials from Production to Logistics. A high level of teamwork is a must.

Your Day will look like:
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate safe and efficient pick & packing of product and stack on trolleys as per delivery requirements.
- Match up picking slip with products to ensure all items are manufactured and packed.
- Keep products separated, organized, and ensure trolleys are in good rotation for production teams.
- QA - Monitor product quality frequently, reporting any problems to ensure all product leaves our site at the highest standard of quality.
- Operate various plant & equipment (i.e. Forklift, Materials and Handling Tools)
- Utilise a continuous improvement mindset and assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
- Housekeeping, 5S and maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Practice safe work methods and maintain OH&S, TMP and SOP’s
- Assist in other duties as and when required.(Inwards, Warehousing, Assembly Support)
Required Skills & Attributes
To be successful in this role you will require the following skills and attributes:
- Forklift License is a MUST
- Basic computer skills (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Logistics and Warehousing
- Great communication & customer service skills
- A high level of punctuality and reliability
- Desire to learn more about LEAN manufacturing principles & develop your potential
- Willingness to work in and get involved with a highly efficient team
- Be able to maintain a high standard of quality of work and presentation
