We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive, Warehouse Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced and varied role. 

As part of a small team, you will be capable of assisting all warehouse functions to ensure optimal levels of logistics efficiency, quality and service are consistently maintained.  

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high functioning, clean and organised facility where your role will be integral to our growth.

Main Duties / Responsibilities:

• Ensuring a high standard of warehouse performance 
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality & environmental policies
• Daily forklift operation
• Fast and accurate pick, pack and dispatch of customer orders
• Booking and coordinating transport
• Inventory control and stock takes
• Providing exceptional service support to clients
• Working as part of a highly collaborative team

 Key Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment
• Positive energy with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written & verbal
• Demonstrated problem solving, managing multiple tasks and dealing with complexity
• Outstanding commitment to customer care and teamwork
• Attention to detail and solid computer and systems literacy
• Physical ability to undertake lifting/moving of equipment
• Experience managing external freight carriers and suppliers
• Current forklift & driver’s license
• First aid qualifications will be an advantage
