We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Implementation Manager to spearhead the deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 within our warehouse operations. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in optimizing our processes and enhancing efficiency in our supply chain on a contract basis, with the potential for a permanent position.
Position Overview:
As the Warehouse Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 into our warehouse environment. This role requires a strong background in retail or FMCG, coupled with expertise in project management and system implementation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 within the warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop implementation plans.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 to meet the specific needs of the warehouse environment.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery and within allocated costs.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to facilitate adoption and usage of the new system.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements as needed.
- Act as a liaison between the technical team and warehouse staff to address any operational challenges and optimize workflows.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in warehouse management processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in warehouse management, with a focus on retail or FMCG industries.
- Strong background in project management, with a track record of successful system implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems, with experience in configuration and customization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Located in the Olympic Park area and available to work in the office/warehouse four days a week.
