Warehouse Operations Assistant

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operations Assistant/Supervisor. Located in the Logic Centre, Barnawartha.

Position Overview:
We are currently looking for a Warehouse Operations Assistant/Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including data entry, creating picks on WMS (CargoWise), administering paperwork for driver collections, creating CHEP dockets, and general warehouse office duties. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

 -  Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
 - Create picks on WMS (CargoWise) to fulfill orders and manage inventory.
 - Administer paperwork for driver collections, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
 - Generate CHEP dockets for pallet movements and shipments.
 - Assist in general warehouse office duties as needed, including filing, answering phones, and responding to emails.
 - Collaborate with warehouse staff and management to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
 - Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency and safety.

Qualifications:

 - Previous experience in Warehouse Operations or a similar role preferred.
 - Proficiency in data entry and computer skills, including experience with WMS (CargoWise) or similar software /Preferred but not essential.
 - Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
 - Excellent organizational and time management skills.
 - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
 - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
 - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
 - Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes is a plus.
 - Forklift License is a plus.
