The OpportunityAn excellent opportunity is available for a Warehouse Store Operator to join our Supply Chain function team at our Parkville site. This is a 2-year Fixed term position, reporting to the Warehouse Team Leader, will see you working in a busy, schedule as part of a flexible team in a GMP, safety and compliance-focused arena. You will generally work a 10-day fortnight with even work day allocations – some overtime and weekend work may be required occasionally.The RoleIn this role, you will achieve the daily operational requirements of the Store to meet internal and external customer requirements. You will have a safety and compliance mindset and adhere to site and global procedures to deliver to patients around the world. Key responsibilities will include:Maintain excellence in safety through accountability and help simplify processesFoster a customer-focused, goal-oriented culture within the Warehouse StoreEnsure accurate receipt and dispatch of goods using our ERP system and RF scannersAssemble goods for dispatch to production work-centres and laboratoriesDeliver goods to other internal operating sites in Parkville, Broadmeadows and WoodendReplenish stocks, complete regular cycle counts and process reportsEnsure correct storage and handling for dangerous and hazardous goodsSafely operate tools and equipment; check capacity; test and isolate faultsEnsure your activities are undertaken in a GMP, quality and safety compliant manner.Your Experience:Demonstrated distribution and warehousing experience in manufacturing, preferably within pharmaceutical environment, including picking, receiving and despatchingExperience using ERP warehousing operations systemsKnowledge of cGMP, GDP and GWP in a manufacturing/warehouse environmentKnowledge of hazardous and dangerous goods material managementCurrent Forklift LF and LO Licence with at least 12 months full time driving experienceCurrent driver's licenceHow to applyApply now and be part of a dynamic team.
