AddressThe Role
In this role you will be located at our branch in Wetherill Park, reporting directly to the manager of the 1300Hoarding division, both in the warehouse and onsite during peak times. This is not a typical pick and pack warehouse position. It will involve heavy lifting at times and require exceptional organisational skills and time management. We are seeking an individual who has a positive attitude, good work ethic & enjoys working in a varied role within a small dedicated team.
Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Forklift driving
- Ensure yard is continually clean and maintained
- Move hoarding materials to and from storage areas, sorting of stock delivery vehicles, by hand or using other equipment
- Liaise with head office regarding stock availability
- Be Physically Fit and able to lift up to 32kg
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
To be successful for this role, you must have the following:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the same or similar position (essential)
- Forklift license with minimum 12 months driving experience (essential)
- MR License (advantageous)
- Drivers Licence and vehicle (Required)
- Carpentry experience and use of hand & power tools (advantageous)
- Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task
- Must be able to safely operate equipment including a forklift in all types of weather conditions
- Ability to continuously stand and walk for long periods of time
