The Position
We have a permanent full-time employment opportunity as a Warehouse Operations Coordinator within the Warehousing Team in Prestons, Sydney. We are looking for someone who is experienced in warehousing and who can bring their experience and knowledge to the team.
This is an exciting role in an ever-growing company and industry and we are advertising due to an exciting growth move as a company as, in March 2024, we moved to a brand new location and warehouse. In this role you will be an integral part of the team and will work closely with our Operations Manager, Warehouse Storeperson and import/export teams pioneering our newly operating warehouse and future warehousing.
Hours of Work
This role is a Full-Time opportunity.
7am - 3pm, Monday to Friday (These hours are ideal, however negotiable).
The primary tasks and responsibilities for this position:
- Coordinate and maintain a reliable and efficient dispatch service for all customers
- Manage the Dispatch mailbox to ensure all communications are answered in a timely manner
- Organise transportation of customer orders as required
- Resolve any arising problems or customer complaints and re-assign or re-schedule any return deliveries
- Data entry of all orders daily as required
- Picking within the warehouse using scanner
- Use and updating Carton Cloud
- Creating connotes for courier jobs
- Stock take for customers - Preparation as required and requested
- Stock Control
- Any ad hoc duties as required
