We are in need of a reliable, customer-oriented individual with a friendly demeanor and a can-do attitude. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach and a positive outlook on work. We are looking for a full-time all-rounder who can multitask, is full of energy, and is a great team player.
As part of the sales and customer service team you will:
● Handle receival of goods from suppliers
● Process and dispatch customer orders
● Assist walk-in customers in making purchases
● Monitor stock levels and re-order as stock as needed
● Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional manner
● Perform basic assembly of machinery
Experience and Skills (Essential):
● Quick thinking and excellent problem-solving skills
● Showing initiative and has a forward-thinking mindset
● Preferably has pneumatic (air) experience and technical aptitude
● Thrives in a fast-paced work environment and enjoys being challenged
● Self-reliant and able to work independently while also being a team player
● Organised and well-presented, both personally and in their work environment
● Ability to prioritise workload effectively
● Excellent communication skills
● Proficient in computer skills with excellent data entry and record keeping
● Understanding of the importance of customer service and follow-up
● Customer sales
● Driver’s Licence
Experience and Skills (preferred):
● Forklift Licence (preferred)
● Mechanical or Air compressor knowledge (desirable)
