About the role
- This role will be a full-time permanent position in our warehouse.
- Opportunities to develop skills
- In this position you will learn all facets of warehouse and despatch and your skills will be utilised in all departments.
- The core of this role includes picking, packing and dispatching orders.
Skills and experience required
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must be physically fit
- Ability to work with a small but effective team with a willing and can-do attitude
Knowledge in the apparel industry is an advantage but not essential
Your duties will include, but not limited to:
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Loading/unloading trucks
- Receipting incoming stock against purchase orders
- Restocking shelves
- Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment / house keeping
- Ensure the company OH&S requirements are adhered to
- General laboring and warehousing duties
To be successful, you will need to have:
- Previous experience in warehousing
- Excellent attention to detail and good written and verbal skills
- Understanding of modern warehousing practices and methods
- Must be physically fit with the ability to lift up to 25kg
- Ability to work within a small to medium but effective team with a can-do attitude
- Computer literacy is an advantage but not a requirement
