MacLeod’s Furniture and Beds R Us is a family owned business with stores in Coffs Harbour and Grafton.
We carry a wide range of bedroom and dining room furniture, mattresses and lounges from quality brands like Sleepmaker, Sleepyhead, La-Z-boy and Zoletti.
Our Coffs Harbour store is seeking an enthusiastic person to join the team as a delivery driver and warehouse role in a casual / part time position working Monday to Saturday.
We need an applicant who is a team player, is able to work closely with the store managers, and has an ability to adapt to different situations. He/she will be self-motivated, reliable, and will demonstrate great organisational and time management skills.
Qualifications and Experience
- Current Medium Rigid drivers licence
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items of furniture and lounges in safe manner
- Some previous experience in a similar role is desired
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Driving truck for local deliveries
- Assembly and disassembly of furniture on the shop floor and in customers homes, as required
- Receive, check, load and unload stock
- General warehouse duties
