Liaising with various departments and shareholders, the main focus of the Warehouse Supervisor is to ensure Safety is at the forefront, whilst maximising efficiency. Day to day duties will include:
- Develop and motivate staff to achieve required levels of KPI, safety, productivity, and quality performance
- Oversee daily operations and support requirements for the warehouse
- General warehouse planning, stock allocations and movements
- Liaise and assist other state-based warehouses as needed
- Operate and train others on MHE in a safe matter
- Processing customers finished goods for local and interstate delivery.
What do you need?
- Previous supervisor experience in a similar environment
- Valid forklift LF/LO licence
- Strong People leadership skills
- Effective communication and listening skills
- RF scanning, Pronto ERP/DRP or equivalent experience (Preferred)
