IPA are on the hunt for experienced, passionate Warehouse Supervisors to manage a small team of eager, engaged staff members in a brand-new fulfilment centre based out of Redbank for both morning and afternoon shifts.

About the Role:
Reporting directly to the Regional Supply Chain Manager, you will be an experienced and proactive Warehouse Supervisor who will:
- Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to foster a culture of collaboration, high performance, and continuous improvement to optimise operational efficiency.
- Utilise operational data and performance metrics to drive process improvement.
- Foster communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams across the organisation.
- Cultivate and expand relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and transport providers.
- Ensure a safe working environment through regular safety audits, incident investigations, and the development of preventive measures to mitigate risks.
- Proactive and engaging leadership style with strong people management and coaching skills.
- Ability to upskill and work with your team members to achieve the desired results.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Sound understanding of health and safety protocols, including implementing safe work practices within a warehouse environment.
- Proven expertise in driving continuous improvement initiatives, including lean principles, and other methodologies.
- Customer-centric approach with a self-driven and results-oriented mindset coupled with strong business acumen.
- Experience in an automated warehouse environment would be desirable.
- Willingness to perform practical, hands-on duties and be an integral part of the team
- A current Forklift License with a minimum of 3+ years of experience operating
- Both morning (5am start) and afternoon (2pm start) shifts on offer
