- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, perform regular stock takes.
- Shipping and Receiving: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely processing, accurate documentation, and compliance with customer requirements.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety policies and procedures, conduct regular safety inspections, and promote a culture of safety awareness among warehouse staff and visitors.
- Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and integrity of products, including proper handling, storage, and packaging.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains and implement solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Customer Service: Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to fulfill orders, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors, to ensure safe and efficient operation.

- Prior experience in a Warehouse environment
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of SAP
- MS Office Experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Forklift certification and experience operating material handling equipment.
