As we grow and develop our brands, our aim is to remain the go-to brand for our customers by creating hardworking tools with sensible designs We are currently in a high-growth period which means our team is expanding and we are looking for new members to join our fast-paced warehouse in Woodville SA.This role of Warehouse Supervisor includes elements of cost management, inventory controls and safety management, as well as the day-to-day tasks associated with the effective running of the warehouse. Job tasks and responsibilities: Receiving deliveries and unloading containers
Receiving orders, picking, assembling and packing
Maintenance of goods within the pallet racking
Warehouse supervision of small team (up to 10)Contribute to site and management meetings. Plan and review shift objectives Provide support to current warehouse manager in team performance. Formal, documented reporting of all safety incidents.
Team development and training – ensure employees know their role and daily objectives. Developing and streamlining processes where needed Skills and experience Must have people management skills – experience in leading staff.
Must be available (6am-2pm) Monday - FridayForklift licence preferred but not essential. Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in an efficient and timely manner while maintaining a safe working environment
