We have a long standing history of successful delivery within the SBAT system. Our industry knowledge and engagement has been tailored for successful delivery of School based Traineeships in Certificate II and III in Supply Chain Operations.

About the role
Certificate II and III in Supply Chain Operations
We require an experienced Trainer to join our RTO to deliver Certificate II and II in Supply Chain Operations, facilitating training and assessment to students from all walks of life.
Also note that we have potential for a training role in the Horticulture space if you are passionate about both fields
Our cohort consists of students with mild intellectual and learning disabilities. Our group sizes are small so that you are able to provide a high level of student support and student development. You will be a passionate and engaging Trainer with the skills and knowledge to develop and deliver the qualification in the workplace with classroom facilities.
This program will provide students with the practical skills and knowledge to undertake a board range of tasks in the Supply Chain field field.
It involves a range of tasks involving known routines and procedures and taking some accountability for the quality of work outcomes.

This is a 3 or 4 day a week position offering work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays in the South Eastern suburbs.

Skills and experience
Skills and Experience Required:
VET Trainer, equipped with a TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment with industry qualifications within the Warehouse and Supply Chain sector
VET experience delivering to School Based Traineeships to students with mild intellectual and learning disabilities or similar community-based experience in disability is looked upon favorably.
Certificate III or above in Warehousing or Supply Chain Operations level qualification is preferred but not essential, industry experience is highly regarded
Industry experience (within the past 3 years) and demonstrated ongoing involvement.
Engaging communication skills. You are a compassionate Trainer
