Momentum is currently recruiting for a specialist in the fashion industry, located in Banksmeadow. Our Warehouse client aims to provide exceptional service to their customers, working with leading fashion brands.
Currently recruiting a Warehouse Team Leader for an immediate start.
As this role is 5 days/week Monday to Friday, only candidates with unlimited work rights will be short-listed.

About the role
As a Warehouse Team Leader you will be responsible for the following:
- People management skills
- Efficient loading and unloading of shipping containers and trucks
- Check for damage to pallets and freight before unloading
- Check delivery is correct before putting it away
- Receiving in Cargo/Containers
- Ensure that cargo is checked in accurately and in accordance with SLA
- Notify the manager & inventory team of any damages or discrepancies at check-in
- Dispatch Operations
- Ensure the loading of outbound freight with the carrier and with documentation.
- Assisting other Team Leaders with requests that are in scope and relevant to forklift activity
- Minimum twelve months of team leading experience small to medium-sized team
- Experience working in a warehouse 3PL environment
- Experience using a WMS (Warehouse Management System) & RF Scanners
- Experience working with retail products is an added advantage
- Excellent time management & organisational skills
- Ability to multitask & prioritise tasks
Shift Pattern: 8am-4pm - Monday to Friday
To be successful, you will possess the following:
- As this role is 5 days/week Monday to Friday, only candidates with unlimited work rights will be short-listed.
- Must be available for an immediate start.
- Valid LF Ticket.
- Minimum experience of High Reach and Counterbalance
- Must be willing to undertake a Police Check within first week of commencement.
- Attention to detail and care for products.
- People management skills
- Strong work ethic - we are looking for reliability, punctuality and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
