Warehouse Team Leader

Role: Warehouse Team Leader 

Contract type: Full-time, 38-hours per week.

About the role 

We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Team Leader to support the Warehouse Manager with the day to day operations of our Australia warehouse. This is a hands on role, you will contribute to Brow Code’s success by: 

• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of products. 
• Write orders for various suppliers and distributors, ensuring clear and concise communication. 
• Fill orders with attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring the correct products are packaged and labelled for shipment. 
• Write complex labels and ensure they comply with international distribution requirements. 
• Maintain effective communication with suppliers and international distributors, addressing any order-related inquiries or concerns promptly. 
• Assist in inventory management, conducting regular checks to maintain accurate stock levels. 
• Utilise computer-based systems and software for order processing, inventory management, and label creation. 
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. 

About you  

• Hold a valid forklift license and demonstrated experience in operating forklifts. 
• Have excellent written communication skills with the ability to write orders and labels accurately. 
• Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role. 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment. 
• Proficiency with Microsoft excel  
• Experience with MyOb would be advantageous. 
• Familiarity with international distribution requirements.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively. 
• Ability to handle physical demands of the role, including lifting and moving heavy boxes. 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
