About the Role:
We are seeking EXPERIENCED, HIGHLY MOTIVATED and WELL-PRESENTED Warehouse Team Leaders to join our Brisbane team, in an exciting period of change and process improvement.
You will have proven management and Team Leadership skills, as well as being able to work autonomously and ensure staff compliance to our national standard operating procedures and productivity benchmarks.
About you:
A background in warehouse pick/pack is essential as is extensive experience in leading a Warehouse Team within a Distribution Centre environment. You are a process driven individual who excels in leading a team and bringing out the best in your staff. Your focus on continuous improvement, customer service and health and safety are paramount to this role.
You have a great attitude and a willingness to build a long-term career within this successful and well-established company.
You will ideally possess the following:
- Minimum of two years’ experience in leading and managing teams within the pharmaceutical supply chain or in an FMCG environment
- Experience in managing teams to achieve shift objectives and meeting order-delivery lead times
- Demonstrated experience in motivating teams to meet targets
- Experience with JD Edwards WMS is desired but not essential
- Experience with Radio Frequency Pick/Pack technology
- Superior communication skills
- Intermediate Word & Excel
