Qualifications & experience
- All levels of experience will be considered. However, knowledge of accounts receivable functions would be an advantage
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritise competing deadlines
- Good communication skills, enjoys helping others and a desire to work as part of a team
- Comfortable working with account management software and Microsoft Office suite of products
Tasks & responsibilities
- Work as part of a team to deliver accurate accounts receivable services
- Reconcile workshop timesheets and jobsheets and complete associated reporting functions
- Receipting, allocation and reconciliation of customer payments
- Data entry of labour and parts to produce job summaries
- Process new customer account applications
- Reception and customer service duties
- Provide high standard administrative support to our internal departments
