Form of workSeeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader for an immediate start based out of Perth
Our client, is well respected and an industry leader for more than 50 years, servicing the gas, electrical and HWAC&R trade. They are looking to add an experienced "hands on" Warehouse Team Leader to manage the daily operation of their warehouse.- Immediate start available
- Permanent role - $70k+ - dependant on experience and skillset
- Receipting of inwards goods
- Pick & pack via manual pick slip & RF scanning
- Monitor picking error rates and implement resolutions where required
- Communicate service failures to the sales team on a daily basis
- Assist with the upkeep of the warehouse
- SAP experience or similar program
- Manage stock accuracy/stock control
- Forklift Operations - counterbalance and reach
- Forklift maintenance and daily operational inspections are carried out
- Lead by example and ensure OHS compliance
- Training of staff
- Ongoing career progression
- Prior demonstrated experience managing and mentoring a small team
- A good understanding of warehouse processes such as: goods inwards, dispatch and stocktaking
- Self motivated and able to work in a team environment
- Problem solving, planning and organizational skills
