Counter Team Leader - Full Time (Experienced)

If you have strong retail or hospitality customer, client or front of house skills and enjoy providing friendly, attentive and quality customer service in a busy environment, we would love to receive an application from you for a Counter / Customer Service Team Leader position.

• A love of working with food and people (team mates and customers) to help you enjoy your role
• A sense of urgency and attention to detail to ensure you serve customers effectively
• Energy and a positive mindset to support your success
• Physical fitness for lifting and standing
• To follow company procedures and regulations (particularly regarding food handling and workplace health and safety)
• Ongoing daytime availability for at least 3-4 days per week and every second weekend (your standard roster will be agreed based on operational needs as well as flexibility to suit your needs)
