Runway Scout is an established, online women's clothing store, founded by Creative Director Susan Jacob in 2012. Our mantra is to provide our customers with on-trend, beautiful styles delivered to their door quickly while ensuring an amazing end-to-end customer experience.
We are looking for someone who is highly conscientious with excellent attention detail, and who thrives working as part of a team. This role will be based full-time in our Burleigh Heads (Gold Coast) warehouse, reporting directly to our Directors.
Key Responsibilities
- Warehouse duties including picking, packing and preparing orders for shipment in an accurate and efficient manner.
- Receiving, unpacking, accurately counting and allocating stock.
- Performing regular inventory counts and reconciling with our inventory system.
- Training new casual staff where required on warehouse systems and processes.
- Assisting with processing customer returns.
- Keeping the warehouse clean and organised.
- Assisting with other warehouse tasks as needed.
Skills and Experience
- Highly conscientious with a willingness to learn.
- Thrives working as part of a team as well as independently.
- Positive and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude.
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passionate about the fashion and retail industry.
- Previous warehouse experience in e-commerce is desirable but not essential!
