About the role:
BaptistCare HopeStreet is a trusted place in some of the most vulnerable communities, offering hope to people living with disadvantage and distress.
The Hub Operations Lead provides leadership to support the team, enabling them to provide integrated and holistic support, to work alongside vulnerable/marginalized communities. Your role will be to support the Hub Leader in the delivery of services across programs which meet client needs, and the quality of service is recognised as setting industry standards.
You will lead the efficient delivery of administrative and finance functions for the HopeStreet Community Services’ Hub including leading and coordinating the Hub’s Operations Support employees and volunteers.
About you:
To be considered, you will have:
- Certificate/ Diploma relevant to job role or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Previous experience in office administration
- Experience in working with service delivery parameters
- Excellent computer skills (e.g. proficiency in MS Office and cloud-based programs)
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and multi task
- Excellent organisational skills and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
- Demonstrates awareness of and sensitivity in the treatment of confidential information
- Willingness and ability to work alongside community members experiencing disadvantage and marginalization.
- Demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare’s Christian identity and promote the organisation’s values through interactions at work
- Current Drivers licence
