This full-time position is aimed at dedicated individuals with previous franchised dealership warranty claims experience and who are seeking to take the next step in their career.
About the role:
- Overseeing the checking, verifying and processing of car warranty forms
- Ensuring technician stories are accurate and completed in accordance with manufacturer and dealership warranty policies & guidelines
- Accurately completing clocking times and parts tagging
- Facilitating all warranty related issues including working with vendors and manufacturers to receive replacement vehicle parts
- Developing and maintaining a quality assurance environment whilst maintaining positive claims outcomes
- Effectively liaising with the Foreman, Service Advisors and Service Technicians to ensure we provide the best service to customers – both external and internal

Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 2+ years previous warranty administrative experience, ideally within a franchise dealership
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of automotive parts and vehicles
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
- Excellent attention to detail and following processes
- Ability to provide great customer service and great phone skills
- Effective conflict resolution skills to facilitate positive outcomes in a timely manner
