Position Overview: As a Warranty Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers have a seamless experience when it comes to product warranties. You will be responsible for managing warranty claims, assisting customers with their inquiries, and coordinating with various teams to deliver on our promise of product quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:

• Process warranty claims efficiently and accurately.
• Communicate with customers regarding their warranty inquiries and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with our technical and support teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Maintain detailed records of warranty claims and customer interactions.
• Assist in improving our warranty processes and procedures for continuous improvement.
