Your Responsibilities: Execute hands-on inspection and diagnostics of units with precision. Ensure prompt reporting of analysis data to the Head of Engineering. Analyze warranty returns, claims, and costs to initiate corrective and preventative actions.
Become the primary technical support resource across internal departments. Communicate fault and liability information, paving the way for robust corrective actions. Contribute to action plans for enhancing build quality and slashing warranty claims.
