We are currently seeking two self-motivated and suitably licensed Waste Services Operators on a 6 month contract to provide effective and efficient delivery of all Waste Service activities at Council. Our Waste Service activities operate across a seven-day rostered agreement and may include weekend and public holiday work.
Working within the Environment and Waste Services unit, these roles will be required to:
- Assist and advise the public in the disposal of waste;
- Process waste transactions as required during the operating hours of the Waste Management Centre;
- Maintain, deliver and repair mobile garbage bins; and
- Operate a single operator side load waste collection vehicles used to provide Council’s waste collection service.

Remuneration:$1,805.30 per week which includes all penalty rates and allowances as per the Agreement.
