Where you will be working

Lactalis Harvey Fresh in Western Australian is nestled amongst the fields of the beautiful South West Region of Harvey. This farming rich region is well known for producing premium fruit and first grade milk.

About this Opportunity

This position is responsible for managing the day to day results and actions to ensure Waste Water compliance to environmental policies and legal requirements.

Key responsibilities of the Role:

  • Ensure waste Treatment Plant is operated according to licence conditions.
  • Ensure irrigation process is operating according to plan.
  • Ensure daily operations are conducted in accordance with standards/ procedures.
  • Work with internal & external stakeholders to operate the Treatment Plant in accordance with EPA requirements.
  • Pro-actively seek continuous improvement opportunities in the areas of environment and sustainability.

About You

  • Current forklift licence
  • Experienced with Waste Water Treatment Plants
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • High level of customer service and stakeholder management
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively with initiative
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Previous exposure to FMCG and/or Production environment
