The Greenbushes Lithium Operation is located in a unique residential setting proximal to the Town of Greenbushes nestled atop the picturesque Darling Scarp. About the Role

We are looking for a safety focused, reliable, adaptable, and positive individual who is willing to learn and has a can-do attitude to join the infrastructure team in the role of Water Treatment Plant Operator. This is a permanent, full-time position, working an attractive Residential 7:7 Roster.

Whether you have previous experience or not, Talison will provide extensive on the job training for the right applicant. It is an excellent opportunity to learn all facets of process Water Treatment or expand your current knowledge.

The primary responsibilities of a Water Treatment Plant Operator include monitoring and recording plant processes, collecting routine samples, housekeeping, making adjustments to ensure product quality remains on target, completing workplace inspections and problem solving when issues arise.

About the Candidate

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • a proactive, collaborative approach and commitment to safety;
  • a willingness to contribute toward the success of your team while supporting a positive team culture; and
  • reside or be prepared to relocate to within 30 minutes' drive of the Greenbushes Lithium Operation.
