Waste Water Treatment Plant Service Technician

Valley Waste Water is a leading provider of Waste Water management solutions in the Lockyer Valley and surrounding areas for over 15 years. Our team of trained wastewater technicians offer installation, maintenance, and repair services for domestic wasteWater Treatment Plants.

We are currently seeking a Waste Water Treatment Plant Service Technician to join our team. 

Key Tasks – 

• Travel to and from job sites 
• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, breakdowns and repairs on Waste Water Treatment systems.
• Liaise directly with clients and complete accurate service reports by recording and interpreting data from client treatment systems.
• Maintain records and compliance documentation.
• Adhere to all relevant Work, Health and Safety requirements & industry relevant legislation. 

You must possess the following – 

• Reliability, responsibility and the ability to work autonomously and within a team.   
• Able to communicate effectively.       
• Attention to detail.     
• A positive “can do” attitude. 
• The desire to succeed and contribute to the growth of the business.
• Valid manual driver’s licence.

Experience is not necessary however would be an advantage. A Cert IV in Domestic Waste Water and Environmental Plumbing – Licence to Service is desirable but not essential.

On the job training will be provided to the right applicant. This role would suit someone with a plumbing-based background or similar. Manual labour and some heavy lifting will be a requirement of the role, as such, applicants should have the ability to perform these tasks.
