Water Damage Restoration Technician

At Capital Facility Services we continue to grow as a highly regarded disaster restoration player across Melbourne. To keep up with growth we are looking for highly motivated technicians specalising in water, fire and mould damage make safe and restoration programs.

Specific role functions are;

• Undertake water, fire and mould damage make safe, clean up and restoration programs at different sites across Melbourne
• Conduct damage assessments and deliver recommended cleaning, restoration and repair activities
• Manage damage assessments and reporting requirements through our CRM platform via an electronic tablet
• Follow all compliance and procedures set from an administrative, as well as health and safety perspective.
• Manage communication with clients to ensure customer satisfaction

We are looking for individuals who;

• Have knowledge and experience in water, mould and fire restoration or have experience in specialised cleaning hardfloors, carpets, etc. 
• Hold IICRC certification, this certification is highly regarded but not essential 
• Are aware of demolition and construction principles
• Can work independently or as part of a team
• Are physically fit
• Have computer acumen and are comfortable using smartphones or similar devices to mange work programs through CRM systems
• Are able to work on a roster system and can be available for weekend and after-hour work during major disasters
• Have an active drivers licence, police clearance and white card.
