The role: This position sits within the Water Planning & Assets department of the Infrastructure and Engineering Services Division and is responsible for providing professional administrative support across the Water Development & Assessment team. Key accountabilities and duties will include sending sewer drainage diagrams to customers, general correspondence, reports, agendas, minute taking, invoice / purchasing functions in Technology One, and maintaining data registers. You will be an administrative and customer service professional who is able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders clearly, effectively and in a timely manner. You will have solid working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), high level digital literacy and data entry skills and posses strong self-awareness and interest in learning and expanding your skillset. You are outcome focused, have the ability to solve problems and can naturally build and maintain relationships which contribute to the achievement of organisational outcomes.
