We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Continuity Consultant to join our team. This role is integral in supporting the Business Continuity management lifecycle, including conducting business impact analysis, reviewing, and updating Business Continuity plans, facilitating testing, and leading workshops. The successful candidate will work closely with Senior Leaders and Business Units to enhance our Business Continuity management program, ensuring it meets both business and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Support the full lifecycle of Business Continuity management, including Business Impact Analysis workshops and Business Continuity Plan reviews.
  • Work with business units to update Business Continuity Plans and facilitate testing to ensure effectiveness.
  • Facilitate workshops and deliver education programs to enhance awareness and understanding of major incident management and Business Continuity Management.
  • Collaborate with Senior Leaders to ensure the Business Continuity Management Program meets business and regulatory expectations.
  • Maintain and update information in our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) system.
  • Provide education and awareness to the business, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and prepared.

You are a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. You are an influential communicator, meticulous in detail, proactive in solving problems, and a collaborative team player.

For this role, we’re also looking for:

  • Certified Business Continuity Institute (CBCI) certification.
  • Proven experience in the full lifecycle of Business Continuity Management
  • Strong understanding of Business Continuity Management processes, relevant principles, practices, and standards.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in Business Continuity Plans and GRC system updates.
  • Collaborative mindset with a commitment to working closely with diverse teams.
