Waterproofing Applicator

Based in Smeaton Grange (near Narellan/Camden), we are a reputable Residential Waterproofing company that work for several large builders, servicing South West/Western Sydney & surrounds, The Hills, Central Coast & Illawarra regions.

We are expanding & looking for motivated and skilled Waterproofing Applicators as well as employment opportunities for applicants without experience who reside within an hour of Smeaton Grange. On the job training will be provided. 

Company vehicle will be provided for experienced Waterproofers. Those without experience will be paired with an experienced applicator.

Our employees are placed in a position of trust to complete all work to a high standard, without the need for micro-managing. The successful applicants, once competent in our methods, will be working largely independent with minimal supervision, so a high level of mutual trust, quality workmanship, time management and communication will be of utmost importance. 

Remedial works or previous tiling experience would be a great additional skill set. 

Essential criteria;

• Current Drivers Licence
• OHS General Induction Card
• Mobile phone

The successful applicant/s must also possess the following; 

• Excellent communication skills
• Punctual with excellent time management
• Ability to work independently or in a team
• Honest and reliable
• Initiative and attention to detail
• Navigational skills are a must
• Injury free and able to fulfil the physical demands of the role

Immediate start available

For experienced applicators, a paid trial day will be scheduled prior to any letters of offer for a position. For successful applicants, it will be 3 months probation on a casual basis (with full time hours offered) and full time position available upon successful review post probationary period.
