In this role, you will play a key part in bringing our clients' creative visions to life by designing and developing engaging and user-friendly websites, digital assets, and online experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, user experience (UX) best practices, and digital marketing trends.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients, founders, and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Design and develop responsive and visually appealing websites that align with client branding and marketing goals.
- Create engaging digital assets, including social media graphics, banners, email templates, and digital advertisements.
- Implement best practices in user experience (UX) design to enhance website usability and functionality.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in web design, digital marketing, and technology.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve website performance and user experience.
- Work closely with copywriters, strategists, and production teams to ensure cohesive and integrated creative solutions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Web Design, Digital Media, or related field.
- Proven experience in web design, digital design, and front-end development.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
- Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or Squarespace.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
