Job Description
As a Website Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online shopping experience and driving profitable growth in the sales market. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accessibility and seamless functionality of cos.com Australia, thereby securing the end-to-end digital experience for our customers. You will contribute significantly to brand perception, sales growth, and profitability through your expertise in digital platforms and cyber security.
What you will do:
  • Responsible for the accessibility and end-to-end functionality of cos.com Australia.
  • Take a lead role in website operation, performance monitoring, producing regular reports, carrying out competitor analysis, benchmarking, identifying KPIs, and providing actionable insights
  • Ensure product enrichment and product publishing as per sales date.
  • Work alongside Online Visual Merchandiser to ensure each store/business unit has the correct staffing levels in line with projected sales targets or objectives
  • Responsible for implementing and managing newsletter campaigns and automated email workflows, monitoring KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion, and providing regular reports to track the success of email campaigns and programs
  • Plan, create, and execute A/B tests and actions available to the ecommerce team (e.g., website functionalities, checkout processes, and other conversion points) in line with the business goal
  • Work closely with a Digital experience specialist for site updates, commercial activities, and A/B testing
  • Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, partnering with the appropriate teams to ensure timely resolution

What you need to succeed
  • Proven experience in website management and maintenance in an E-Commerce environment
  • Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques
  • Proficiency in website analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms
  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead website projects and initiatives
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on website accessibility, functionality, and security
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
